One vote per person.  Must be 18 or older.  

Voting and nominations begin October 24^th and run through November 16^th, 2012. Allstate customers and the general public can nominate and/or vote on their charity of choice. In order to nominate or vote on a charity, participants must be 18 years of age and complete a nomination form, providing contact information. Limit one “vote” selection per person. Duplicate or multiple votes by the same individual will not be eligible.

By completing the nomination form and submitting your vote, participants voluntarily agree and understand that they may be contacted by an Allstate agent with a no-obligation, follow-up thank you message. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE, NOMINATE OR VOTE.
